Lean Six Sigma is a disciplined, data-driven approach and methodology designed to eliminate errors and waste in every process – manufacturing and administrative. With increases in process performance and service and product quality, you will increase company profits, customer satisfaction and employee morale.

Green Belt training is an accredited program that provides a complete understanding of the DMAIC process improvement methodology and tools. 

We teach you how to lead improvement projects using the DMAIC methodology, collect and analyze data, optimize processes, and find the root causes of problems. We will practice the individual tools with you practically and, based on a successful project, you will receive the internationally accepted certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

Completion of Yellow Belt training is not required for participation.

Schedule

You will complete 8 days of training in 3 blocks. We combine a theoretical part with practical simulations and examples and discussions with the trainer and other participants throughout the day. As needed, the trainer is available for individual project consultation every day.

You will complete everything within 2 months including the final test. We will then help you complete the improvement project and end the program with an internationally accepted certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in administration.
