TRIZ (Innovation Problem Solving Theory)

TRIZ is an abbreviation of the Russian phrase "Teoriya Resheniya Izobretatelskikh Zadatch" and the most accurate translation into Czech is "theory of solving innovative problems”. The basis of this methodology was laid by Soviet inventor GS Altshuller in 40. years 20. century based on the study of several tens of thousands of patents. It is a set of methods and tools for uncompromising solutions to both common and very difficult problems and questions in research, development, production, services or strategic management of a company.

TRIZ methods are globally recognized, taught at universities and used by the world's leading R&D companies. Today it is commonly used in many companies, often as a complementary methodology DFSS (eg Samsung, Intel, GE).
