It is a systematic, disciplined data-based approach designed to eliminate errors in every process. The goal Lean Six Sigma is to increase yields by reducing variability, errors and wastage. Lean Six Sigma provides tools to enhance the performance and capability of business processes to meet set goals. This increase in performance, elimination of waste and a decrease in process variability lead to elimination of defects, increase in profits, product quality, customer satisfaction and employee morale. The methodology was created by merging and interconnecting two different methods, Lean a Six Sigma, intended for implementation of changes leading to improvement of administrative and production processes. Focus of methodologies Lean a Six Sigma it is different in terms of approach and their interconnection creates a synergic effect that allows to achieve the desired results and expected benefits more quickly and easily. In addition, there is a concept Lean Six Sigma applicable to a wide range of problems and situations.
