Lean Six Sigma it is not just about methods and tools for process improvement, but above all about the people who use these methods and tools, train them and strive for lasting change. The way of communication, the ability to inspire and persuade, are one of the key skills of the facilitator.

Fun learning awaits you as part of an intensive 2-day all-enriching experiential activity. Participants get to know each other and understand how they communicate, how it affects others, how to use their own potential for effective communication and increase team performance. Feedback from both the methodology and soft skills areas, gaining greater certainty that what is to be communicated will actually be communicated and correctly understood.
You will experience practical training in communication and presentation to colleagues in a safe environment of the teaching team, which will provide feedback both in terms of the communicated professional methodology and in terms of communication and presentation skills.
The lecturer of the course is both a practitioner with knowledge Lean Six Sigma principles and at the same time a lecturer with knowledge of communication, presentation and coaching. Training therefore has a double added value. It can serve as a reminder of professional tools for colleagues and at the same time as a training of soft skills, the conclusions of which are then transferable to other than professional communication.
What does training consist of?
Appropriate mix of theory (minimum necessary) and practice (training of real communication in front of the camera, how to communicate what you need briefly and concisely so that people understand and do it - an example "explain 5S their people, how to do it and why ”).

- How to deal with fear, basic principles of acting

- How to manage "hot moments" - a problematic question, a window, emotional strain, conflict
- How to make a decision, motivate to action
- How to actually organize such a meeting effectively
