Lean Six Sigma it is not only about methods and tools for process improvement, but above all about the people who use, train and try to achieve lasting changes. It is the way of communication, the ability to inspire and convince are one of the key skills of the facilitator.

Do you have professionally trained employees, but do you encounter resistance, communication barriers, enthusiasm for change when implementing? Don't know how to communicate the assignment methods to colleagues or subordinates? How to overcome concerns about how to say it and what will be the reaction? You do, but still people don't do it or do it wrong? Do you know and use the tools, but are unsure whether you can pass them on and need to try it "dirty"? Then the Training of facilitators is designed just for you!

A fun learning experience within the intense 2 daily experience of all-enriching activities awaits. Participants will learn and understand how they communicate, how it affects others, how to use their own potential for effective communication and improve team performance. Feedback from both methodology and soft skills, gaining more assurance that what is to be communicated will actually be communicated and properly understood.

You will experience practical communication and presentation in front of colleagues in a secure environment of the instructor team, providing feedback both in terms of communicated professional methodology and in terms of communication and presentation skills.
The course lecturer is a practitioner with knowledge Lean Six Sigma principles and at the same time lecturer with knowledge of communication, presentation and coaching. Training has a double added value. It can serve as a reminder of professional tools for colleagues and at the same time as a soft skills training, the conclusions of which can then be transferred to other than professional communication.

What does the training consist of?

Appropriate mix of theory (necessary minimum) and practice (training real communication in front of the camera, how to communicate what you need briefly concisely so that people understand and do it - example “explain 5S their people, how to do it and why ”).

  • Preparation before the event - aim, focus, structure, output
  • Who do you do - how to make contact, how to involve all participants, motivation, questioning
  • How to cope with stage fright, basic principles in performing
  • How you can verify that they understand or that something needs to be explained again
  • How to manage “hot moments” - problematic question, window, emotional strain, conflict
  • How to make a decision, motivate to action
  • How to organize such a meeting effectively

In addition, you have the opportunity to participate in setting up training according to your needs - tell us in advance what you are most concerned about and we will adapt the course even more to your requirements.
