Our employees participated in a two-week week in September Kaizen events at Inventec. Their role in the company-wide improvement of administrative and production processes was primarily consulting.
During Kaizen we complemented the events methodically with improvement teams and helped to implement more complex tools. We guarded the boards to keep the teams from the defined problem and to meet the daily and project goals summarized the junior consultant Hedvika Navrátilová.
Kaizen cooperation with Inventec has not ended. The most important part of improvement is still waiting for us and it is necessary to maintain the improvement in the long term. Here, as a company SC&C sro, we will provide teams with not only methodological support. Results of projects within Kaizen the events turned out well. The Inventec team members have done a lot of work and we are sure that these improvements will make the company a lot of work.
