The training TRIZ- way to innovations offers a set of tools for defining contradictions, solving problems and selecting innovative solutions. Standard approaches to problem solving involve the implementation of solutions that are usually compromises. TRIZ enables you to rethink the way you and your organization evaluate and approach a problem so that you can identify an ideal solution and avoid compromise. This training introduces fundamentals elements of TRIZ and provides training participants with an understanding of how to use them effectively to solve problems in a manner that is repeatable, predictable, reliable and creative.
What will participants learn in the course of three-day training?
-What TRIZ is and how it works as a problem solving metodology;
-Various levels of innovation and their importance to TRIZ;
-How to identify and define problems in terms of contradictions;
-How to successfully solve problems using TRIZ;
-How to create a function model of a system to identify contradictions and
resolve them.
-How to use key TRIZ concepts including: zones of conflict, functional
analysis and system constraints.
Certificate on training completion
After completing the training, its participants will receive a certificate on its completion with a registration number. The condition for issuing the certificate is an 80% training participation.
Price for a participant equals to CZK 21, 000 excluding VAT.
