Green Belt – production or services
Green Belt training is a successful 10-day course providing an overview of Lean and Six Sigma methods and tools. Its content has been widely discussed with Master Black Belts from companies such as SIEMENS Learning Campus, Invensys, Schneider Electric, Česká spořitelna (Erste Bank) and others. The training combines Lean techniques with Six Sigma methodology, i.e. two progressive management approaches, and thus creates one powerful entrepreneurial strategy.
Duration: 10 days
Who are its participants?
- selected Green Belt candidates from companies where Lean and Six Sigma have been or are being implemented;
- all those who want to use Green Belt skills for problem solving and process improvements.
As a Green Belt, you can be in charge of small and medium-sized projects or participate in Black Belt projects. You will gain skills applicable to problem solving.
What will you learn from us?
- What Lean & Six Sigma represent and how to use them for achieving strategic and management goals;
- Entire Lean & Six Sigma methodologies including Kaizen and DMAIC processes;
- How to manage DMAIC projects. How to be in charge of a project team and win the necessary support;
- Practically use a set of Lean and Six Sigma tools and methods systematically ordered in the DMAIC process;
- Learn to use statistical softwares Minitab and Quality Companion containing numerous project management and quality tools.

- DMAIC training material in two volumes;
- Thirty-day demos of Minitab and Quality Companion;
- Manuals and books: What is Lean Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma Project Guidebook, Minitab Handbook;
- Consultations in the course of a training;

Several simulation games run through the training. Thanks to them you may learn in an easy way to combine common sense and experience of advanced improvement methods.
Earlier experience of Lean and Six Sigma is not required.
