We offer the following types of trainings: Black Belt, Green Belt, Yellow Belt, Sponsor, Lean, Minitab ,DFSS and TRIZ.
The twenty-day Black Belt training is divided into four training cycles during which DMAIC methodology and its methods and tools are discussed. In the period between trainings, course participants work on their projects. In the first week, they get acquainted with phases Define and Measure (e.g. VOC, SIPOC, C&E matrix, Process mapping, Process FMEA, Capability analysis). Then, the week devoted to the Analyze phase follows (e.g. Organising possible defect causes, Graphical analysis, Process analysis VA/NVA, Correlation analysis, Regression analysis). Week 3 concentrates on the Improve phase (e.g. DOE, Innovative techniques, Solution selection technigues, Risk verification, Costs and benefits) and Week IV focuses on the Control phase (Standardization and documentation, Monitoring and process management, Mistake proofing).
In the course of the ten-day Green Belt training divided into three weeks, participants learn basics of Six Sigma methodology including its tools (e.g. Project definition, SIPOC, VOC, Gage R&R, Calculating process sigma, Organising causes, Hypothesis testing, DOE, Control charts and SPC).
The practically oriented four-day Lean training is designed for companies introducing elements of Lean production stemming from the unique and very successful Toyota Production System. The training focuses on identification and removal od the 7 Wastes (Muda) with the help of methods like SMED, PULL systems, Kanban, Kaizen event, VSM, Poka Yoke etc.
The most basic alternative is a five- day DFSS training designed mainly for engineering and development managers. Participants will learn how to design innovative products and services that meet expectations of current and potential customers. Key methods and tools used in DFSS are included in the training (VOC, Benchmarking, QFD, TRIZ, Pugh analysis, FMEA, Design for X, Design of margins, Conjoint, Reliability and durability, DOE, Monte Carlo Simulation, CAP, Verification, Project validation, Design Scorecards, Taguchi techniques).
The three-day course Inventive problem solving – TRIZ is designed for managers, technicians, engineers, scientists and innovators who search for creative sulutions to technical problems. It was found out that powerful solutions were achieved due to a relatively limited number of solution procedures that can be objectively used, analysed and acquired. Knowing these procedures improves efficiency of analysing improvement techniques and processes in practice. TRIZ leads its applicants from an unclear problem situation, through a detailed system analysis to a correct formulation of inventive statements and exercises and to proposals of solution alternatives and their verification.
