Bohuslav Bušov works as an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication, Brno University of Technology. He started his career as a designer of electrical devices. Now he has been working at the Brno University of Technology for 24 years. In last 12 years he devoted himself mainly to teaching of the TRIZ methodology and applying it in Czech and Slovak companies. He cooperates with universiies, the South Moravian Innovation Centre (JIC Brno) and Technology Transfer Office (TTU at the Brno University of Technology).
Expertise:
- Research on electrical arc extinction in switchgears
- Lecturer of the TRIZ methodology and its software support „Goldfire Innovator“
Education and accomplishments:
- University degree, Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Communication, specialization in Electrical Machines and Devices
- Ph.D. . in Power Electrical Engineering and Energetics
- Associate Professor in Power Electrical Engineering and Energetics
- Solving grant projects of the Czech Republic Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports
- Has been trained in the TRIZ methodology since 1993, at present within the European association ETRIA
- Author of many publications about the TRIZ methodology. Cooperation with industry in educational activities and in solving many innovative projects.
