Vilém Patloka is a Master Black Belt who has led multiple Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, trained several hundreds of Green Belts, tens of Black Belts and Champions, and consulted projects in various industrial companies. He has a broad technical background and expertise in the design and implementation of performance improvement systems, business process improvement, program management, manufacturing and support operations.
